    Zwift Running – Import from Stryd to Training Peaks and Merge with Zwift

    If you want to use Watts to calculate your stats, and accurately represent or track your elevation gain from being an Incline Treadmill Trainer, this is the video for you. I’ll show you how to export from Stryd, strip the location (if present) so that it won’t overwrite the Zwift location track, and merge it so that your Training Peaks account will show your watts and elevation change, as well as calculate your fatigue and fitness levels based on watts as they correlate to your heart rate, the default method to calculate your stats.     Rut Training Run – tapering was an option?

    Tapering? I normally don’t taper well. I experimented with it off and on over the years. Right now I’m watching my stats in both Training Peaks and the Stryd Power Center so I can see where I’m at in readiness to race. I experimented with tapering for the Broken Arrow VK and I think I was a little flat for that one. Could I have finished 10 minutes faster?
